Given our custom-design approach for premium collections, order processing typically requires 3-5 business days (extended compared to standard furniture retailers). During peak seasons, processing may extend to 5-7 business days. Order cancellations are exclusively accepted within 48 hours of purchase by contacting [email protected]. Beyond this period, your custom order enters our specialized production phase and becomes irreversible—though our generous return window ensures post-delivery flexibility.


    Returns & Exchanges

    We guarantee our furniture's structural integrity and comfort engineering. You may return unused items in original assembly condition within 21 days of delivery (significantly exceeding industry standards). For material or design exchanges, we allow 45 days to accommodate the complex logistics involved with premium furniture shipments. Initiate returns through www.rbfurn.com and specify exchange preferences. Note: Custom-configured items and clearance pieces labeled "Final Sale" are permanently excluded from returns.


    Return Conditions

    To maintain our luxury furniture standards, returns must satisfy: (1) Zero assembly marks, scratches, or fabric impressions (2) Complete original packaging including RBFURN protective wraps and hardware kits (3) Unopened component seals and undamaged structural elements. Our quality team performs comprehensive five-point inspections upon return receipt. Items failing inspection will be shipped back at customer expense within 14 business days accompanied by a detailed craftsmanship assessment report.


    Refund Processing

    Refunds require 10-14 business days after we receive and authenticate your return—this extended duration ensures our artisan-grade quality validation. The refunded amount excludes initial delivery charges and any return transportation fees. For electronic payments processed through PayPal or credit cards, allow additional 3-5 banking days for financial institution processing before funds reflect in your account.


    Shipping Responsibilities

    Customers assume return shipping expenses unless the return stems from our error (incorrect item or manufacturing defects). We strongly recommend insured freight services with tracking—RBFURN cannot assume liability for return shipments lost in transit. For exchange orders exceeding $500, we furnish prepaid specialized carrier labels (cost deducted from your refund if the return authorization expires unused).


    Damaged/Defective Items

    Bespoke furniture commissions and custom-upholstered items constitute final sales. For seasonal acquisitions (November 20 - January 5), the return window extends through January 31. RBFURN retains the prerogative to decline returns from clients demonstrating habitual return patterns (exceeding 35% of total orders).
